Welcome to Royal Reef! In 2021, I decided to use my decades of real estate expertise to find the absolute perfect vacation spot. We found that with our first condo Pearl Point. With my husband John’s handy work, we turned it into what would become a top listing across vacation rental sites. During that process, we fell in love with Panama City Beach and so decided to invest in a second location, the Blue Diamond.

In a destination with plenty of commercial options to book your vacation, finding accommodations that are both managed and family-owned is hard to come by. Know that the same level of detail that went into our properties design and amenities is what you will receive in hospitality throughout your trip. We put our hearts into it for you to enjoy!

Kristie is a great host. She checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo is very clean and cozy, it has a great beach vibe! The views are amazing, we enjoyed having the blinds open at all times. Depending which way you looked you can see the beach or the sky wheel lit up at night at pier park.

We had the greatest time staying here!!! The condo was so beautiful and the views were truly incredible!! Kristie made sure we were taken care of and there were so many items already in the condo for easy use! Plus it was so nice to have movie nights in the theater there as well as an on-site arcade for the kids, on top of the beautiful beaches!

We chose this place for our annual Fathers Day Vacation and were pleased! This place is worthy for a beach experience. From the location of the room giving a panoramic view of the sunrise. The room has an elevator really close. Plenty of amenities in the room! We will be back! The staff was friendly. The hostess response time is quick! Pools if you don’t want the ocean. An excellent choice!
