Getting Around

Tidewater Beach Resort boasts two outdoor pools and hot tubs overlooking more than two football fields’ worth of white-sand beach. If the beach is where you prefer to play, Tidewater Beach Resort rentals include complimentary beach service seasonally, March through October. A well-equipped fitness center also features views of the beach, and there are two additional indoor hot tubs, as well as a sauna, for you to indulge your post-workout routine. You will love Panama City; we are just 2 blocks from Pier Park. Some of the most popular Panama City Beach attractions are located within a mile or two of Tidewater Beach Resort. The Pier Park lifestyle center features shopping, dining, attractions, and events. Take a ride on the Pier Park Sky Wheel, play mini-golf and laser tag, or take in a larger-than-life movie at the Grand IMAX theater.

If you are angling for a fun family activity, Russell-Fields Fishing Pier is the perfect place to cast a line. You can buy a fishing license right at the pier, as well as rent fishing rods and pick up bait and tackle. You can also purchase a “walk-on” spectator pass if you just want to take in the amazing views along this 1,500-foot pier.

Just a mile from our Tidewater Beach Resort rentals, Gulf World Marine Park lets you experience marine life up close. You can swim with dolphins, snorkel with stingrays, and have a hands-on animal encounter with harbor seals, sea lions, and African black-footed penguins.
