Kristie is a great host. She checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo is very clean and cozy, it has a great beach vibe! The views are amazing, we enjoyed having the blinds open at all times. Depending which way you looked you can see the beach or the sky wheel lit up at night at pier park.

We had the greatest time staying here!!! The condo was so beautiful and the views were truly incredible!! Kristie made sure we were taken care of and there were so many items already in the condo for easy use! Plus it was so nice to have movie nights in the theater there as well as an on-site arcade for the kids, on top of the beautiful beaches!

This place is worthy for a beach experience. From the location of the room giving a panoramic view of the sunrise. The room has an elevator really close. Plenty of amenities in the room!

Condo was just like the pictures! It had beach chairs, umbrella, and way more that everyone needs to have a day out on the beach. It was so nice to have considering we flew in and to buy those things would be just a waste.

The condo was very nice but much smaller than the pictures appeared. Being on the 22nd floor was not ideal because of the wait for the “private” elevator. Even though this elevator is not as crowded as the ones in the center of the resort, the wait time is still 5-15 minutes and very hot. Overall loved the condo itself and the views were beautiful. Disappointed that I couldn’t see the sunset from the deck but that was my fault for not asking questions about the position of the condo prior to booking.

Your support was awesome. It was like you were there at the front desk with us !! Tidewater staff was just ok. Looked like the beginning of there season and there was a lot of confusion. We forgot a couple of items to our blessing you had those items in the house! We were just amazing how on point you had everything.

We had a great stay at Kristie’s place in Panama City Beach. The views are as great as they look in the pictures, we caught some amazing sunrises during our stay. The building opens directly onto the beach, and Kristie provides chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler – perfect for a beach vacation. We also worked during the week from the apartment, and the WiFi worked great the entire time. Kristie was a great host – highly recommend her place!!

Nice extras upon arrival so no immediate trip to the store required….. coffee pods, dish and laundry detergent, salt & pepper. Checking and parking was easy. There is also a security crew on-site which also assures a comfortable stay.

Kristie is an absolute sweetheart she was very helpful with suggestions and prompt with answering any of our questions … The Condo is beautiful the views are spectacular we were able to get a panoramic picture of the sunrise and clouds over the ocean ..
we were there during Hurricane Ida and my husband and I joked saying we had the best vacation in PCB On The 22nd floor to watch the storm and relax the clouds and lightening over the ocean from the balcony or even sitting inside with the blinds open was just breath-taking ..
We had everything we needed and any questions we had Kristie was Right there to respond to us within minutes ..
If we ever go back to PCB we will definitely stay there again .. sitting on the balcony of the 22nd floor made me feel closer to Heaven I enjoyed my morning Coffee and prayer time each morning regardless of the weather

Place was VERY clean and the view from the living room and balcony is beautiful!! Everyday i got up went down to the flip flop market got my starbucks and took my morning walk on the beach it was perfect!! Your close to everything a 5 star from me for sure i will definitely be back!!

I’m going to write a 2 part review – 1 for the room and Kristie’s hospitality and another for the Tidewater Resort itself.
I’m giving the room and Kristie 5 stars. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Her communication and hospitality – things like food recommendations, things to do, etc. – were unmatched. I’ve never had an Airbnb host that was so great. She even messaged us day of check-in to let us know that they were cleaning the room and would reach out if it was ready early.
The condo was stellar. Squeaky clean. The views were truly stunning. You’re on the end of the building and can see miles of beach and panhandle. It was awesome to wake up to. We wanted for nothing – the condo is well stocked with essentials and ‘fun stuff’. The bed and couches were very comfortable. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Airbnb’s tend to have a ‘cheap feel’ but this condo felt like someone’s home. The room is in a private area of the hall – we never heard another guest and the resort was busy! There’s a separate elevator right outside the room that tended to be quicker than the other elevators we saw.
I’d give the Tidewater Resort itself 3 stars. It was very ‘meh’. The best way I can describe it is ‘worn’. It’s clear that it hasn’t gotten a lot of love in a while. There are areas that need paint, areas that needed a lot of light bulbs changed (super dark hallways, etc.), the staff was bleh, the pool had old furniture and only 2 umbrellas, the AC seemed to not be working in any of the common areas (i.e. – elevators, check in lobby) etc. That kind of thing. Nothing preposterous, nothing that ruined our stay, but something to be aware of when you’re booking this place.
If you’re coming hoping to enjoy the resort amenities, I’d temper expectations. If you’re wondering about Kristie being a good host, fret not, she’s a phenomenal host. If you’re coming for the condo and the beach and the surrounding areas, you’re gonna LOVE it.

If you find yourself planning a trip to Panama City Beach try to book this condo. If Kristie the hostess isn’t a Super Host she should be. Any issues will be handled promptly and with attention to detail.
Amazing views and everything that it was advertised as.
Overall, my wife and I are already planning to visit Panama City Beach again in the future and I will try to book this condo if available.

Absolutely amazing view. Not just from the balcony but from inside due the big windows. You can enjoy the view even if the weather is not so nice. The condo is very well equipped, you can find what you need. We had wonderful time.
